Lazy K Cabin Outfitting

The Lazy K cabin has everything you need for a great Colorado getaway.

Kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, gas stove, oven, toaster, pots, pans, plates, glasses, eating utensils, knives, everything you need to cook and serve a feast. On the porch is a gas grill ready to barbecue.

The cabin comes complete with telephone, electricity, and hot and cold running water fresh from our Rocky Mountain all weather spring. Electric and gas heat. Washer and dryer.

Soapstone wood stove with fires ready to light. Please note that due to current extreme fire restrictions, no fires are allowed. This means, no smoking and no fires in the woodstove. Grilling on the outdoor gas grill is allowed.

The master bedroom has a queen bed with mountain views from the windows. The private loft has two twin beds, and a fold out couch. Downstairs in the living room, there is an additional fold out couch. The cabin has a maximum occupancy of six.

The livingroom has plenty of comfortable seating, including a dining table, couches, easy chairs, Satellite TV and VCR.

Outside, the long porch has plenty of shaded, comfortable seating. Just off the kitchen is the breakfast deck with table, chairs, and great mountain views all around.

Well behaved Dogs are allowed.

No smoking inside the cabin. Please note that due to current extreme fire restrictions, no smoking is allowed outside.

Cost per day is $75+tax per person, children 16 and under are $25+tax per night, and children under 3 are free.

$100 security deposit, will be returned after checkout. 50% deposit is required to hold reservations, the balance is payable on arrival. We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, cash, or check.

No refunds given for cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival.
